Welcome to my personal webpage! I'm currently a Research Associate at The Alan Turing Institute in London, United Kingdom, where my work revolves around the exciting domains of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).
In the past, I held a position as a postdoctoral researcher at the INRIA IRISA research center in Rennes, France. During my postdoctoral role, I concentrated on gaining insights into the inner workings of deep neural networks (DNN) using interpretable methods and pattern mining.
My academic journey led me to obtain a Ph.D. in machine learning from IIT Roorkee, India. My doctoral research was dedicated to the development of clustering algorithms designed to overcome the limitations of conventional approaches, with a special emphasis on utilizing metaheuristic-based techniques. I successfully applied these clustering algorithms in practical contexts, such as text clustering and the creation of collaborative filtering-based recommender systems for movie recommendations.
My research interests span across the fields of machine learning, deep learning, recommender systems, and natural language processing. I am particularly passionate about their applications in sustainable finance and climate.
